You have rights over the personal data Twenty Peaks holds about you. Here's a summary of those rights and how to use them.

Your rights

If you're in the EEA, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected, receive a portable copy (data portability), have it erased, and restrict or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, and you can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Wherever you live, you can contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal data — including the rights available to residents of Israel under Israeli privacy law.

How to exercise them

Email us at info@twentypeaks.com. We handle these requests manually and respond without undue delay — generally within one month.

Correcting your info

From your profile you can update your first name, your last name and your profile photo yourself — see Edit your profile.

Some details can't be corrected there. Your date of birth and gender lock once they've been set, because they decide which category you're ranked in. If any of those is wrong, or you need something else corrected, email info@twentypeaks.com.

Deleting your account & data

You can delete your account yourself, from your profile. It isn't immediate: your account is deactivated straight away and permanently deleted after 90 days, and you can restore it during that window by logging back in. See Closing your account for the full picture.

For the full detail on how your data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
