You can update your personal details and your profile photo at any time. These changes are yours to make — only you can edit your own profile.
What you can edit
From your profile, you can update your first name, your last name and your profile photo. Your date of birth and gender can be set once and then can't be changed; see below.
Editing your personal info
Open your profile and edit the personal info fields. Save, and your details are updated across Twenty Peaks. Your language, units and timezone aren't edited here — those live in your preferences.
Date of birth and gender are set once
Once your date of birth and gender have been saved, those two fields lock — you'll see them greyed out on your profile and they can no longer be edited.
That's deliberate. Both decide which category you're ranked in, so allowing them to change would let results move between categories after they'd already been scored. Locking them keeps every standing comparing riders on the same basis. Take a moment to get them right the first time.
Changing your profile photo
To change your avatar, upload a new image file from the same profile screen. The new photo replaces your current avatar everywhere it appears.
Who can edit your profile
Only you can edit your own profile through these screens. Our support team can't change your name, photo or other personal details on your behalf — those edits are owner-only.
