You can delete your Twenty Peaks account yourself, from your profile. Deletion isn't instant — your account is deactivated straight away and then permanently removed after 90 days, so there's a window in which you can change your mind.
How to delete your account
Open your profile and find the Delete account section, then press Delete my account. You'll be asked to confirm, and once you do you're signed out immediately.
We'll also send you an email confirming that your account is scheduled for deletion.
You have 90 days to change your mind
Your profile is deactivated immediately, but it isn't gone yet. For 90 days you can restore your account simply by logging back in. No request and no support ticket — signing in during that window brings your account back.
After 90 days your account and your data are permanently deleted. At that point the removal can't be undone.
What happens to your data
While your account is deactivated, your data is retained so that restoring it works. Once the 90 days have passed, your account is removed along with your data — including your completed routes and your event registrations — and nothing is left in a recoverable state.
