After an activity is processed, here's how you know a completion registered correctly.
You'll get an email
Twenty Peaks sends an automated email for each completion that registers. If one activity completes several routes, you'll be notified about each.
It appears in your personal area
The completion also shows up in your personal area, under the relevant event. See Where I see my completed routes.
What has to be true for a completion to count
A completion registers only when all of these hold:
- You were registered for a matching event before the activity. See How to register.
- You stayed on the official route, in the right direction. See Following the official route.
- You have at least one data source connected, so the activity reaches Twenty Peaks. See Why connect a device?
- You used a supported activity type for that event. See Which activities count.
If something's missing, see My completion didn't show up.
Note: activities are processed in the background, so there's a short delay between finishing and getting your confirmation. You'll only be emailed for activities that actually produced a completion.
