Where to enter a code
Enter your code during registration / checkout, before you complete payment. The price shown then reflects the discount, so you can confirm the new amount before paying. See How to register for the full flow.
Why a code might not work
If a code is rejected, it's usually one of these:
- It's expired — the code is past its valid date.
- Its usage limit is reached — the code has already been used the maximum number of times.
- It doesn't apply here — the code is tied to a specific community, event, or country and doesn't match the one you're registering for.
Each code resolves to a single computed price, so don't count on stacking one code on top of other discounts. Double-check the code for typos, then try again.
