Need to back out of an event? Removing your registration and getting your money back are two separate things. Here's how each one works.
Cancelling your registration
You can unregister from an event at any time, which removes your participant record for it. This stops you taking part — but on its own it does not issue a payment refund. See How to register for where registration lives.
Refund requests
Refunds aren't an automatic, self-service action in the app — there's no "refund" button. Refunds are handled on the commerce side together with the organizer, and any cooling-off window, apparel exceptions, or other conditions are governed by our Terms of Use, as policy rather than something the app processes for you. Please read the Terms for what applies to your purchase, and then contact support to start a refund request.
