A few simple rules keep Twenty Peaks fair and safe for everyone. Here's what's expected, what's off limits, and what can happen if the rules are broken.
Play fair
Twenty Peaks works because results are honest and everyone competes on the same terms. When you use the platform, please don't:
- Falsify, alter, or manipulate GPS, activity, or result data, or otherwise misrepresent your efforts.
- Create or use more than one account, or register on behalf of someone else.
- Use motorized assistance or any means not permitted by the event (for example, e-bikes where they aren't allowed).
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users — including in Clubs and Community features.
- Use the platform unlawfully, or interfere with its operation, integrity, or security.
What happens if you break these rules
Consequences can include disqualification, loss of classification points, and suspension or termination of your account — at the sole discretion of Twenty Peaks or the relevant Organizer.
Result cancellation
Twenty Peaks reserves the right to cancel any result where there is reasonable doubt that it was obtained in a faulty manner. See Fair play & result cancellation for more.
This is a plain-language summary. The full rules are in the Terms of Use.
