Connecting Polar Flow lets your Polar activities reach Twenty Peaks automatically.
Connect your Polar account
- Open the connect area and choose Polar.
- Authorize Twenty Peaks on Polar's permission screen.
- You're returned to Twenty Peaks with the connection saved.
How Polar activities arrive
New activities are picked up automatically once connected. Activities you recorded before connecting aren't pulled in automatically — open Sync activity and add them with the Missing activity form.
Remove the connection
Remove the Polar connection at any time from the connect area. Removing it stops new activities from being imported.
